Product Quotation

You send the ingredient list; we price the raw materials at real production volumes, add the packaging, the filling and the labelling, and come back with a written quotation, the minimum order quantity and the lead times. The price on this page buys that work. What your product costs to make is what the quotation tells you.

Description

Before you commit to a production run you need a number you can build a business case on, and getting that number is work: current prices from the raw material suppliers, at the volumes you would actually order, then packaging, filling and labelling on top. That is what you are buying here, and it is why both the price and the days scale with how many ingredients there are to source. Where the formula can reach a lower target cost without giving up what makes it work, we show you where. The quotation is yours to use, whoever you end up producing with.

What you receive

  • A written quotation against your formulation, ingredients, packaging and production requirements
  • Minimum order quantity and the production volumes available to you
  • Estimated lead times for sourcing, sampling, manufacturing and delivery
  • Cost optimisation options where the formula can hit a lower target cost

What we need from you

  • Your ingredient list with doses, or the product concept if you do not have one yet
  • Target format: powder or capsule, and the pack size you have in mind
  • Target market and, if you have one, a target retail price

A short brief form arrives by email as soon as you order. Your project starts the moment it comes back.

What is not included

  • The formulation itself. A quotation prices a formula, it does not create one. That is the Formulation Sprint.
  • Regulatory sign-off on the formula or the label.
  • Raw material purchase or reserved stock. Prices hold for the period stated on the quotation.

Lead time

2 to 10 working days from when your brief arrives, never from purchase. Pricing two ingredients is not the same job as pricing twenty five, so the days scale with the bracket. Your own range is shown with your price, and it runs from when your brief arrives.

Before you buy

Is this what my product will cost? No, and the distinction matters. The price here buys the sourcing and the quotation. What your product costs to make is the number inside the quotation when it lands.

What if my ingredient count changes? The bracket is corrected before the quotation is issued. Up a band and we invoice the difference, down a band and we credit it.

Am I tied to manufacturing with you afterwards? No. This is a piece of work with its own price, not a deposit against a production run, and the quotation is yours either way.
