Stage 3 · Regulatory
Every word that has to be on the pack, written for you and checked against the market you are selling into. Send the final formula and you get back designer ready copy in English and Dutch, with the declarations, the warnings and the permitted claims already correct.
A label is the one part of your product a regulator reads first and your customer reads last. We write all of it: the ingredient declarations, the nutrition and supplement panel, the directions, the warnings, the allergens and the claims you are allowed to make, laid out so your designer can drop it straight into artwork. The formula is checked against the market while we do it, so a problem surfaces here rather than after ten thousand labels are printed.
A short brief form arrives by email as soon as you order. Your project starts the moment it comes back.
5 working days from when your brief arrives, never from purchase. Starts once the final formula is fixed. Label text cannot be written against a formula that is still moving.
Why English and Dutch?
Those are the two markets we work in most, so they are the two that come as standard. Anything else is translation of the document set, which carries its own price.
Can you check a claim before I build a campaign on it?
Yes. Send the claim with the formula and it is assessed as part of this service.
Do you review the artwork afterwards?
Not in this price. Reviewing finished artwork means reading a designer’s file against the rules, which is a different job from writing the text, and it sits inside Complete Product Development.
