Description

A label is the one part of your product a regulator reads first and your customer reads last. We write all of it: the ingredient declarations, the nutrition and supplement panel, the directions, the warnings, the allergens and the claims you are allowed to make, laid out so your designer can drop it straight into artwork. The formula is checked against the market while we do it, so a problem surfaces here rather than after ten thousand labels are printed.

What you receive

• Complete regulatory and product label copy: ingredient declarations, nutrition and supplement information, directions for use, warnings, allergens and permitted claims, structured for your designer
• Supplement facts and nutrition information prepared for the product and the pack size
• Label text in English and Dutch
• The formula checked for the intended market: ingredient and dosage compliance, allergen and warning requirements, permitted nutrition and health claims

What we need from you

• The final formula with the dose of each ingredient per serving
• The market or markets the product is sold in
• Pack format and pack size, so the mandatory information fits the panel
• Your brand name, and any claim you want assessed before it goes on the pack

What is not included

• Label artwork design. We write the content, your designer lays it out.
• The regulatory review of the finished artwork, which is a separate piece of work on your designer’s file.
• Translation of the wider document set beyond the label.
• Compliance outside the UK and the EU.

Lead time

5 working days from when your brief arrives, never from purchase. Starts once the final formula is fixed. Label text cannot be written against a formula that is still moving.
